Holding of the Sangsaeng Cooperation Council Employers' General Meeting
Hanwha Aerospace announced on the 1st that it held the '2024 Win-Win Cooperation Council Executive General Meeting and Fair Trade Agreement Ceremony' on the 31st of last month at the Ribera Convention in Changwon, Gyeongnam, attended by CEO Son Jae-il, executives, and representatives from 56 partner companies.

At the general meeting, Hanwha Aerospace shared next year's management plans and mid-to-long-term business strategies with its partners and discussed ways to secure global competitiveness and strengthen the win-win growth program.
Hanwha Aerospace decided to systematically support improvement management such as supply chain ESG evaluation, customized consulting and education for partners, and implementation checks to respond to international ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) regulations, including the European Union (EU) Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive that came into effect in July this year, and to improve partners' ESG management awareness.
This year, Hanwha Aerospace has been conducting overseas training for outstanding partners to help them benchmark advanced overseas companies and understand the latest industry trends. In addition, existing support policies such as full cash payment for partner transactions, low-interest loan support through a 59 billion KRW-scale win-win growth fund, and early payment before holidays will continue, while plans to discover practical support policies for partners will be pursued.
Jo Jeong-hyun, CEO of SG Solution and representative of the Win-Win Cooperation Council, stated, "We will strengthen trust and cooperation between Hanwha Aerospace and its partners and compete together in the global market."
