KT&G Opens Recruitment for New and Experienced Employees... Applications Accepted Until the 15th

Recruitment of Entry-Level Sales Staff for Grade 6, Original Grade University Graduates and Grade 9
Experienced Professionals in the NGP Field

KT&G announced on the 1st that it is recruiting applicants for the 2024 open recruitment of new and experienced employees until the 15th.

Recruitment for new employees will be conducted through the Grade 6/Entry Level and Grade 9 tracks. The Grade 6/Entry Level recruitment fields include sales and marketing, management support, manufacturing, raw materials, and research and development (R&D). Applicants must be graduates of a four-year regular university or higher, either domestic or overseas, or expected to graduate by February 2025, and must submit English speaking test scores as a mandatory requirement. The Grade 9 track for sales positions is open to applicants regardless of educational background or major.

Experienced employees are being recruited in the NGP (Next Generation Products, e-cigarettes) fields such as patent attorneys, design, quality control, and technology development. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university, domestic or overseas, or an equivalent degree.

The hiring process will proceed in the order of document screening, practical interview, and executive interview, followed by a medical examination next month, after which the final successful candidates will be announced. The entire process will be conducted in a blind manner to ensure fair recruitment. To enhance transparency and reliability of the hiring process, an artificial intelligence (AI) competency test will also be conducted.
