KakaoBank Launches 'One Month Savings with Gmarket' in Collaboration with Gmarket

KakaoBank announced on the 1st that it will launch 'One Month Savings with Gmarket,' a product that offers shopping benefits when you consistently save money for a month.

KakaoBank's 'One Month Savings' is a product that allows you to develop a savings habit by saving once a day for 31 days, with amounts ranging from 100 won to 30,000 won. The product features the character Chunsik climbing a 31-story building, with each floor revealing a different design, adding fun to the savings experience.

'One Month Savings with Gmarket' is a product linked to the online shopping mall 'Gmarket,' offering discount benefits and will be available for a limited time during November.

The discount benefits, including cash and coupons, amount to up to 11,000 won. On the 1st and 3rd payments, Smile Cash worth 2,000 won and 1,000 won respectively is provided, which can be used like cash at SmilePay partner stores such as Gmarket, Auction, E-Mart, Shinsegae Department Store, and Starbucks. On the 12th and 21st payments, discount coupons worth 3,000 won and 5,000 won for use at Gmarket are given.

The discount benefits can also be used during Gmarket's biggest annual shopping festival, 'Big Smile Day,' held from the 1st to the 10th, and can be used after registration on Gmarket. Gmarket is one of the partners of the 'KakaoBank Certificate,' allowing KakaoBank certificate customers to easily verify their identity for Gmarket membership registration and coupon application.

Additionally, there are gift certificate lottery benefits. On the 7th and 17th payments, customers who have completed their payments will be randomly selected to receive Starbucks e-gift cards worth 10,000 won (100 people) and 100,000 won (10 people). Among customers who complete all 31 payments, one winner will receive a Shinsegae E-Mart gift certificate worth 1,000,000 won.
