2024 2nd Goyang City Job Fund Management Deliberation Committee Meeting Held

Goyang Special City held the "2024 2nd Goyang City Job Fund Management Deliberation Committee" meeting on the 31st in the main conference room of the city hall.

Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 1st that it held the '2024 2nd Goyang City Job Fund Management Committee' meeting at the main conference room of City Hall on the 31st.

At the committee meeting held to discuss efficient operation plans for the 2025 job fund, resolutions were made regarding the hosting of a mid-to-senior job fair and job and startup support projects for the independence of Goyang youth.

So far, the city has quickly responded to the economic crisis by implementing timely policies through the job fund during crisis situations.

The job fund projects are expected to empower young people dreaming of a hopeful future by providing specialized job and startup support exclusively for Goyang youth at a time when youth unemployment and regional outflow are accelerating.

Go Mi-jung, Director of the Job Finance Bureau, stated, “Through the efficient operation of the Goyang City job fund, we plan to revitalize the local economy by creating customized jobs for each generation,” adding, “We will continue to promote various job fund projects so that Goyang City can develop into a self-sufficient city.”
