Uijeongbu City Accepts Objections to Individual Official Land Prices Until the 29th of Next Month

Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 31st that it has determined and publicly announced the individual official land prices for 259 parcels calculated as of July 1, 2024, and will accept objections until November 29.

Verification of individual official land prices and submission of objections can be done by visiting the Land Information Division at City Hall, through the Real Estate Official Price Notification service, or on the Uijeongbu City website. Objections can be submitted until November 29.

For the lands with received opinions, the land prices will be re-examined for appropriateness, verified by appraisal corporations, and reviewed by the Uijeongbu City Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee before being adjusted and publicly announced on December 23.

Kim Jeong-seop, head of the Land Information Division, said, “Since individual official land prices are used as the basis for various tax impositions and other purposes, landowners are strongly encouraged to verify them.”
