Korea Venture Investment Successfully Completes Venture Finance Education at Yonsei University

Korea Venture Investment Corp., the fund of funds operator, announced on the 31st that it conducted venture finance education targeting university students and other youth.

On this day, Korea Venture Investment held the "2024 Visiting Small-scale Venture Finance Education Program" at Yonsei University Sinchon Campus. Dongbin Lee, an investment officer of the Innovation Investment Headquarters at Korea Venture Investment, who was in charge of the education, has performed various tasks including fund management, capital contribution, and direct investment.

This investment officer also has internship experience at cultural content venture capital (VC), deep tech VC, and large corporation CVC. Based on his experience, he covered overall venture finance topics such as ▲institution introduction and venture ecosystem status ▲VC investment trends and processes ▲introduction of investment officers. He also shared content related to venture finance and youth employment, including advice for employment at policy financial institutions.

Job seekers evaluated it as an opportunity to resolve their questions in related fields. Korea Venture Investment plans to expand venture finance education to various campuses in Seoul and other regions, starting with Yonsei University.
