On November 1st, Buk-gu, Gwangju City announced on the 31st that it will hold the ‘Bukpyeong Day’ event at Gwangju Solomon Ro Park.

‘Bukpyeong Day’ was prepared to communicate with participants who have grown through the Buk-gu lifelong learning program and to look back on the representative lifelong learning projects and the past 10 years of the Buk-gu Lifelong Learning Center.

There will also be experiential programs such as ▲Bukpyeong Kitchen ▲Bukpyeong Jeonppang ▲Bukpyeong Market ▲Bukpyeong Treasure Hunt ▲Bukpyeong Photo Studio.

Additionally, a special program titled ‘Bukpyeong 100-in Archive Exhibition,’ which tells the stories of 100 activists who have worked with the Buk-gu Lifelong Learning Center, will be held.

Moon In, the mayor of Buk-gu, said, “Through this event, I hope the value of learning will spread widely and a lifelong learning culture where anyone can learn, share, and grow will be established.
