On the 30th at 2 PM, Guro-gu held the '2024 Guro-gu Job Fair' on the 11th floor of Sindorim Technomart.
As a preliminary event at 1:30 PM, an 'Excellent Company Certification Ceremony' was held to award certificates and plaques to small and medium-sized enterprises with an employment growth rate of over 10% in the past two years. Following this, a 'Job Vision' declaration was made, pledging mutual cooperation for regional industry development and economic growth, attended by Eom Eu-sik, Acting Mayor of Guro-gu, heads of job-related organizations, and other officials.
The main event, which started at 2 PM, featured 30 excellent companies with hiring plans participating to conduct on-site interviews between job seekers and employers, leading to active recruitment and showing a strong enthusiasm for employment.
A job seeker who attended the event said, "I was glad to have the opportunity to directly consult with companies and even have on-site interviews, allowing me to demonstrate my capabilities," adding, "It was very helpful in preparing for employment."
The online job fair will operate until November 6, where job seekers can receive employment support services through the online recruitment site.
