Chef TripleStar Faces Privacy Scandal
Accused of Two-Timing and Job Lobbying
TripleStar Denies Allegations as Baseless
Chef Triple Star (real name Kang Seung-won), who rose to stardom by appearing on the Netflix variety show 'Black and White Chef,' has had his private life exposed.
On the 30th, entertainment media outlet 'Dispatch' reported that it received tips about Triple Star's private life and employment lobbying from his ex-wife A and ex-girlfriend B.
Ex-wife A claimed to the media that she circulated Chanel bags to restaurant-related connections in order to get Triple Star employed at the famous American restaurants 'Atelier Crenn' and 'Benu.' A started dating Triple Star in 2014, married him in May 2022, and later separated. The two were in a de facto marriage but were not legally married.
A also revealed a letter in the form of a reflection written by Triple Star, confessing that she suffered due to his 'women issues.' The letter contained shocking statements such as "I watched CCTV footage of a female customer dressed provocatively sitting there," "I am trash. I liked women and harbored filthy greed, and I did something I should never have done to someone who gave me immense love," and "Because of my desires, I asked her to sleep with another man."
Ex-girlfriend B also exposed that she was 'ghosted' while dating Triple Star. She said, "I heard rumors about his women issues, but I never thought I would be one of them," and added, "It turned out he was two-timing with another woman, and shortly after, I heard sudden rumors about his marriage and opening a restaurant."
In response to these allegations, Triple Star denied them as 'groundless.' Regarding the 'employment lobbying,' he retorted, "Is that restaurant a place you can enter with a Chanel bag?" and emphasized, "A only gave gifts to her close older sisters." He continued, "My employment at the restaurant was due to my own efforts," and explained, "I worked as an unpaid intern for three months. I worked really hard and was hired as a full-time employee after just one month. I was recognized by the head chef."
Regarding ex-girlfriend B, he explained the 'ghosting' by saying, "We dated for only one to two months and stopped contacting each other because we had different thoughts."
