'Jigeum Hal Il' Service Launch
Register Planning and Verification Time
Available for Sale from 10,000 Geum
SK Planet announced on the 30th that it will launch the 'Things to Do Now' service in its app-tech service Syrup, which rewards gold based on plan execution.
Syrup Gold is an exchange voucher that can be traded for KRX physical gold, with 1 Syrup Gold valued at 0.000001g (one-millionth of a gram) of physical gold. The Syrup Gold price is determined based on the international gold price (Metalprice) and Syrup’s own criteria considering market conditions. Prices are provided every 10 minutes, and the daily closing price is based on the rate at 23:50. Currently, 10 Syrup Gold equals approximately 1.2 KRW.
Syrup members can register their plans and verification times such as 'waking up,' 'drinking water,' and 'taking a walk.' When the notification sounds, they simply slide the complete button to the right within 5 minutes to finish. Up to 40 types of plans can be registered per day, and each completion awards 3 Syrup Gold.
In Syrup, selling is possible starting from 10,000 Syrup Gold (0.01g). Exchanging to OK Cashback points has the advantage of no additional fees.
Special benefits are also prepared for users experiencing the service for the first time. Additional rewards are given for the first verification as a Syrup member (3,000 Syrup Gold), first notification setting in the Collect tab (1,000 Syrup Gold), and first registration in Things to Do Now (1,000 Syrup Gold).
Professor Kim, CBO (Chief Business Officer) of SK Planet, said, "This service provides a new value in gold besides OK Cashback points, increasing engagement with app-tech. We will continue to expand differentiated services so that customers can enjoy the service with interest and experience both fun and benefits simultaneously."
