Comedian Ahn Young-mi sparked controversy after uttering profanity during a live radio broadcast.

On the 29th, Ahn Young-mi hosted a live show on MBC FM4U's '2 O'Clock Date with Ahn Young-mi' alongside The Boyz's Sunwoo and GOT7's Youngjae. During the broadcast, she asked Sunwoo, who is hosting 'Idol Radio,' "How do you handle fan requests during a live show?"

Sunwoo replied, "'Idol Radio' has fans outside the radio booth. They write down their requests on sketchbooks," adding, "When a song plays, we fulfill the fans' requests at that time."

Ahn Young-mi then uttered a profanity, saying, "(After fulfilling fan requests) do you turn around and say 'sshiX'?" and joked, "You say 'shoes, shoes'." Sunwoo tried to smooth things over by saying, "If they tell me to tie my shoelaces, I turn around and tie them," but Ahn Young-mi could not avoid the controversy. Currently, this segment has been edited out from the replay service.

Meanwhile, Ahn Young-mi recently faced backlash for sexually explicit parodying of the tvN weekend drama 'Jeongneon-i' as 'Jeotneon-i' on Coupang Play's comedy show 'SNL Korea' Season 6.
