IBK Investment & Securities Conducts '2024 New Employee Open Recruitment'

Application of Group Interview and Blind Evaluation Methods

IBK Investment & Securities announced on the 29th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees for 2024 until November 4. The recruitment fields include ▲Head Office Sales ▲Head Office Operations ▲Digital (DT) ▲Branch Sales (PB), among others.

The open recruitment process consists of document screening, written tests, and first and second interviews. In particular, the first interview will be conducted as a 2-day, 1-night residential interview to allow applicants to fully demonstrate their capabilities.

To ensure a more transparent and fair recruitment process, all stages will be conducted in a blind manner, where applicants' academic background, gender, age, and other personal information will not be disclosed. Applications can be submitted through the Incruit application website by 11 a.m. on November 4, and successful candidates are expected to join the company in January 2025.

Selected new employees will undergo a total of three months of probation, including one month of introductory training and two months of on-the-job work in their respective departments. Based on evaluations at each stage, they will be hired as regular employees.

IBK Investment & Securities plans to provide systematic training during the probation period to help successful candidates develop various skills, and after regular employment, support one-on-one mentoring to facilitate quick adaptation to the organization and work.
