Gongju City to Hold Job and Startup Fair on July 5... 41 Companies to Hire 177 People

Outstanding companies in Gongju, Chungnam are set to hire 177 local talents this November.

The Gongju City Government announced on the 29th that it will host a job and startup fair on November 5 at the National Gongju University Culture and Sports Center, with the participation of leading local companies.

At the fair, a total of 41 outstanding local companies, including Soulbrain Co., Woongjin Foods Co., and Samhwa Paints Industrial Co. Gongju Plant, will participate and plan to hire 177 job seekers.

Additionally, CJ CheilJedang and the Gongju Cultural Tourism Foundation will provide information on their recruitment processes for hiring scheduled in November and the first half of 2025.

The fair will be organized into sections for recruitment, consulting, startup and promotion, and hands-on experiences. Job seekers can receive one-stop support for employment, including application and consulting services, interview makeup, and free resume photo shoots.

Furthermore, the Gongju Center of the Small Enterprise and Market Service will offer startup consultations to provide valuable information for aspiring entrepreneurs.

The fair is open to everyone. Participation is possible by applying via email through 'Employment 24', or by pre-registering at the Gongju City Job Center and visiting the venue with an ID on the day of the event.

Mayor Choi Woncheol stated, "We expect this job and startup fair to provide stable jobs and useful employment information for job seekers, and to offer companies struggling with manpower shortages an opportunity to recruit outstanding talent."
