Identify Error Causes and Derive Improvement Plans Up to 50% Faster
TechTaka, which operates the integrated logistics platform 'Argo,' announced on the 29th that it has conducted a large-scale update across the entire logistics system through its proprietary IT development.
The major new features added to Argo include ▲ logistics center work history management solution 'Overwatch' ▲ simplified B2B (business-to-business) order registration ▲ immediate provision of estimated quotes and settings for inbound/outbound subcontracting.
In particular, Overwatch is a technology that won second place in 'Techathon,' an internal contest hosted by TechTaka in June. It combines the existing barcode scan-based work information recording system with a real-time worksite monitor screen status, managed integrally on Argo's central server. By utilizing Overwatch, managers can simultaneously analyze the work history stored on the server and the work approval process displayed on the on-site monitor screen when an error occurs, enabling them to quickly identify the cause of the error and derive improvement measures accordingly. Prior to the official adoption of Overwatch, Argo conducted a one-month pilot operation and confirmed a reduction in the time required to identify error causes by up to 50% compared to before, demonstrating cost-saving effects.
Yang Soo-young, CEO of TechTaka, said, “Existing customers using Argo can immediately use the latest features without any separate updates,” adding, “We will continuously expand the system to reduce human errors commonly occurring in logistics centers and to implement a highly accurate logistics environment.”
