Namyangju City Announces Individual Official Land Prices... Objections Accepted Until Next Month 29

Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced on the 28th that the individual official land prices as of July 1, 2024, will be determined and announced on the 31st.

The target lands are 3,867 individual plots where land movement such as division or merger occurred from January 1 to June 30, 2024, and the individual official land prices can be checked through the Real Estate Official Price Notification website.

Landowners or stakeholders who have objections to the determined land prices can submit an individual official land price objection form by November 29 by visiting the nearest administrative welfare center or eup/myeon/dong office where the land is located, or by submitting online through the Real Estate Official Price Notification website.

The city will re-investigate the lands with objections for price balance with standard and nearby lands, verify through appraisers, and review by the Namyangju City Real Estate Price Announcement Committee, then notify the results individually.

Additionally, to ensure the reliability of the individual official land prices, a "Certified Appraiser Consultation Service" will be operated during the objection period, allowing applicants to consult with appraisers by phone or in person regarding factors in the official land price calculation.

A city official urged, "Since individual official land prices are used as the basis for imposing various charges such as national and local taxes related to land, landowners and stakeholders are strongly encouraged to check within the designated period."
