Choi Ho-gwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, attended the opening ceremony of the 'Seoul-style Kids Cafe Yeongdeungpo Branch 2' located in Singil 4-dong on the afternoon of October 28, celebrating the opening by experiencing play activities with visiting children.
The 'Seoul-style Kids Cafe' is a 'public indoor playground' available at an affordable cost throughout all four seasons, equipped with various play facilities that support children's growth and talent development.
The Seoul-style Kids Cafe Yeongdeungpo Branch 2 has been newly renovated from the existing communal childcare room with the theme of 'Nature and Camping,' transforming into a space emphasizing eco-friendly elements.
It will be fully operational from November 1, targeting infants under 40 months old, with a usage fee of 3,000 won. The first branch is located in Daerim 2-dong.
Choi Ho-gwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, stated, "The kids cafe opened today is an ideal space where children can freely run and play without restrictions from the external environment, close to home," adding, "We will continue to do our best to create an environment where both children and parents can live happily, making Yeongdeungpo a better place to live."
