LG CNS Launches 'Frontier Live' Super App Development Tool... Providing Customized Content

LG CNS announced on the 29th that it will launch 'Frontier Live,' a user interface and user experience (UI·UX) development tool that can improve the user experience of super apps (which integrate various services into a single application) and websites.

Frontier Live features the easy application of Micro Interaction technology to super apps. Micro Interaction refers to digital functions that respond with appropriate visual effects and interactions based on user actions such as clicks, text input, and expressions of empathy.

Super apps developed using Frontier Live connect in real-time with big data stored on servers to deliver customized micro interactions tailored to user preferences. For example, even if a user inputs just one character in the search bar, suitable products or personalized services are displayed on the screen along with design effects. When making payments within the app, it can analyze real-time benefits such as the user's available payment methods and discount coupons to highlight the optimal payment method on the screen. However, only data with user consent for personal information is analyzed.

To accelerate super app development for corporate clients, LG CNS has pre-implemented over 150 micro interaction functions. These include motion graphics, screen transitions, animated buttons, and other functional and design components that can be applied to apps.

By introducing Frontier Live, app users can be provided with personalized interactions that increase their dwell time. This naturally leads to higher promotion participation rates and purchase conversion rates, ultimately contributing to the business performance of corporate clients.
