Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 28th that Jeulgeoun Mirae Co., Ltd. (CEO Ryu Hojin) visited Yeoju on the 25th and donated 100 sets of men’s and women’s underwear (worth approximately 5.5 million KRW) to help low-income elderly residents in the area.
Jeulgeoun Mirae Co., Ltd., located in Icheon City, is a company that manufactures eco-friendly construction materials and remote spraying devices, and donates underwear every year to help the underprivileged in Yeoju have a warm winter.
CEO Ryu Hojin said, “With a grateful heart for the good relationship with Yeoju City, we hope this small contribution will be of help to those in need.”
Mayor Lee Chung-woo of Yeoju expressed his gratitude, saying, “We deeply appreciate Jeulgeoun Mirae for visiting Yeoju again this year without forgetting us, and we will make sure to deliver these warm-hearted goods properly.”
Meanwhile, the underwear donated by Jeulgeoun Mirae will be handed over to the Yeoju branch of the Korea Senior Citizens Association to provide warmth to the elderly ahead of winter.
