Double Station Area 'Gwangan Centum Vista Dongwon', Official Contract Signing Starts Today

Recently, demand for 'station-area' apartments with convenient transportation has been steadily increasing in the apartment sales market. Apartments close to subway stations not only allow easy access to various lifestyle amenities centered around the station area but also offer convenient travel to other regions, resulting in high residential satisfaction.


In fact, complexes located in station areas have shown excellent performance in the subscription market. In a survey on 'Home Purchase Demand Awareness' conducted among 5,046 adults nationwide in the first half of this year, 25.1% of respondents considered transportation environment the most important factor when choosing a residence, alongside educational environment (29.7%), making it a key location condition.


Industry experts stated, "With excellent transportation environments, commuting to work is convenient, and lifestyle convenience is outstanding, leading to high residential satisfaction." They added, "Especially, double station-area apartments that provide access to two or more subway lines have higher future value due to their rarity."


Meanwhile, Dongwon Development is conducting official contracts for 'Gwang-an Centum Vista Dongwon,' located in the Gwang-an-dong area of Suyeong-gu, Busan, which features double station-area access, convenient living infrastructure, and excellent educational environments, from October 28 (Monday) to 30 (Wednesday) for three days.


The apartment complex will be built with a total of 525 households across 7 buildings, with a maximum of 29 floors above ground, and 208 units ranging from 59㎡ to 84㎡ will be offered for general sale.


The complex is located within a 5-minute walk from Mangmi Station on Busan Subway Line 3 and within a 10-minute walk from Suyeong Station (a transfer station for Lines 2 and 3), making it a premium double station-area apartment. Traveling by car throughout Busan via Mangmi Beonyeong-ro is also convenient.


The educational environment for children is excellent. Within a 500-meter radius are Suyeong Elementary School, Sumi Elementary School, Gwang-an Middle School, and Deokmun Girls' High School, forming a triple school zone, allowing safe commuting on foot within 10 to 15 minutes.
