Hyundai Engineering is currently offering sales for 'Hillstate Osan The Class,' located in Yangsan 3 District, Osan-si, Gyeonggi-do. According to Hyundai Engineering on the 28th, this complex consists of 12 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 23 above-ground floors, with a total of 970 units all having a single exclusive area of 84㎡. The number of units by exclusive area type is composed of 736 units of 84㎡A, 168 units of 84㎡B, and 66 units of 84㎡C.


The complex is close to Byeongjeom Station and Dongtan New City. The area near Byeongjeom Station is planned to be developed into a brand town with approximately 12,000 units supplied by major construction company apartment brands. Byeongjeom Station, a transfer station for Line 1, GTX-C (planned), and Dongtan Tram (planned), offers convenient transportation. Nearby, there is Yangsan Elementary School within walking distance, and Yangsan 1 Middle School is scheduled to be newly established near the complex in March next year. Additionally, Samsung Electronics’ Giheung, Hwaseong, and Suwon campuses are nearby. The area also offers convenient commuting conditions to multiple industrial complexes, including Jinwi General Industrial Complex, which includes LG Electronics.


The 84㎡A exclusive area type is designed with a 4-bay slab-type layout. It features a kitchen flow that utilizes the kitchen, dining room, and leisure space, along with ample storage space. The 84㎡B and C types include a wide living room, a wide dressing room, and a hallway pantry. Community facilities include a fitness center, indoor golf practice range, daycare center, small library, tea house, and senior citizens’ center. A neighborhood park of approximately 3,600 pyeong is planned to be developed right next to the complex.


In-unit systems include a home network system with security and control functions, an artificial intelligence (AI) voice recognition kitchen TV, a master light-off switch, and a fingerprint recognition digital door lock. The underground parking lot is equipped with a 5-megapixel omnidirectional camera, LED lighting control, emergency bell linkage, and a smartphone parking location storage system. Subscription applications were accepted starting with special supply on the 21st, followed by first priority on the 22nd, and second priority on the 23rd. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 29th. The expected move-in date is August 2027.
