Hoban Group announced on the 28th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees at major affiliates including Hoban Construction, Hoban TBM, Daehan Electric Wire, Hoban Property, and Daea Cheonggwa until the 10th of next month.

The 2025 open recruitment categories for new employees include △Management Support (Planning, Legal Affairs, Accounting, HR & General Affairs, Purchasing, Business Support, EHS) △Construction & Technology (Architecture, Safety, Electrical, Facilities, Civil Engineering) △R&D (Power Equipment, Materials, Evaluation Technology) △Production & Technology (Production, Production Planning, Design & Technology, Facilities & Electrical, Engineering, Quality) △Sales & Marketing (Domestic Sales, Produce Sales, Marketing Management, Tenant Sales).


The recruitment process begins with document screening, followed by personality tests and interviews, and finally a hiring medical examination. Applicants must submit their documents by midnight on November 10. Detailed information can be found on the Hoban Group recruitment website.


Hoban Group has introduced internship programs linked to recruitment and junior experienced hires beyond the traditional new employee recruitment methods. This is to appropriately place qualified applicants according to the characteristics of each job.


The practical recruitment-linked internship offers the opportunity to experience two different job roles during the working period. The Junior Pro track provides junior-level talents with 1 to 5 years of experience the chance to strengthen their expertise.


Hoban Group’s construction affiliates (Hoban Construction, Hoban Industry, Hoban TBM) and Daehan Electric Wire will hold a KakaoTalk recruitment consultation session on the 5th. Job seekers can register in advance and join the open chat link to ask questions related to recruitment. Consultations will be held from 2 PM to 5 PM, and the first 200 participants will receive a small gift.


Junior board employees within the group will assist with interview guidance, and MZ generation interviewers with 3 to 8 years of experience will participate to create a more comfortable atmosphere. Applicants who complete the second interview will receive junior character goods and a cheering kit prepared by Hoban Group.
