Lowest Industry Price with Fares from 4,400 to 6,000 Won
200 Won Discount on All Routes Until the End of Next Month
CU, a convenience store operated by BGF Retail, announced on the 28th that it has introduced a home pickup courier service for the first time in the industry.
The home pickup courier service differs from the existing method where customers had to visit the convenience store to send parcels; instead, a courier visits the sender’s location to collect the package. Customers can choose the pickup date, and if requested before 6 a.m., same-day pickup is also possible.

The fee ranges from 4,400 to 6,000 KRW depending on the package size. If sending three or more parcels, customers can use the service at a lower price. To celebrate the launch, CU will offer a flat 200 KRW discount on all routes and all package sizes until the end of next month.
The home pickup courier service is expected to provide convenience to consumers who find it difficult to visit convenience stores to send parcels. Additionally, consumers sending large quantities of parcels will not have to carry heavy packages to the store, likely increasing usage rates. According to CU, the number of consumers sending two or more parcels at once increased by 42.6% compared to the previous year.
Yeon Jeong-wook, CEO of BGF Networks, said, "The home pickup courier service is an example of a convenience store, not a specialized logistics company, enhancing courier services to improve accessibility and convenience. We will continue to improve quality to support customers’ convenient daily lives."
