Eunpyeong-gu Provides 'One-Person Household Housing One-Stop Education' Through Eunpyeong Youth With School

Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) announced on the 28th that it will operate the ‘One-Person Household Housing One-Stop Education’ at the end of this month and on the 7th of next month through the customized curriculum reflecting the needs of youth, called ‘Eunpyeong Youth With School.’

‘One-Person Household Housing One-Stop Education’ is a lecture designed to alleviate various housing concerns of young people. On the 31st, there will be a lecture titled ‘Smart Jeonse and Monthly Rent Contract Writing Method Taught by a Lawyer,’ and on the 7th of next month, a lecture on organizing and space design for one-person households will be held.

The application target is youth aged 19 to 39, with preference given to youth from Eunpyeong-gu. The program will be held at the Seoul Youth Center Eunpyeong, and the tuition fee is completely free. Youth who wish to attend can apply via QR code before the start of each session.

Meanwhile, Eunpyeong Youth With School started its fall semester on the 22nd. It offers highly preferred education in various fields such as self-development with ‘From Today, Writing Expert! Writing Special Lecture’ and culture and arts with ‘DIY It-Item’ tufting class.

Mayor Kim Mi-kyung said, “Since housing is one of the most important topics in daily life, this program will help prevent recent issues such as jeonse and monthly rent fraud by providing essential knowledge for contracts.” She added, “In addition, as interest in interior design has recently increased, related lectures have also been organized, so we hope many young people will show interest and participate.”
