Samyang Foods Launches Plant-Based Healthcare Brand 'Jack & Pulse'

Introducing Health Supplements, Frozen Ready Meals, Protein Drinks, and More
"We Will Establish New Standards for Wellness"

Samyang Foods announced on the 28th that it will launch a plant-based healthcare brand called 'Jack & Pulse.' Through Jack & Pulse, Samyang Foods plans to introduce new health functional foods, convenience meals, and protein drinks, and develop the brand as an integrated plant-based brand.

The new health functional food products under the Jack & Pulse brand include two items: 'Deep Sleep Potion Ashwagandha,' which helps with sleep health, and 'Energy Blast Potion One-Touch Shot,' which boosts energy metabolism. Deep Sleep Potion Ashwagandha features 100% plant-derived ingredients and is the first in Korea to use ashwagandha extract recognized by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for its sleep health functionality.

Energy Blast Potion One-Touch Shot applies patented auto-cap technology and is an energy vitamin combining high-dose vitamin B complex with zinc. Both products are in liquid form, promising fast absorption and immediate effects.

The plant-based frozen convenience meal products include two types of 'Soft Hummus Bites,' which have a chewy outer layer filled with hummus made from ground chickpeas, and two types of 'Crispy Plant Bites,' which add crispiness and nuttiness by coating plant-based protein with hemp seed and sunflower seed batter. These healthy plant-based protein products derived from nature are characterized by high protein and dietary fiber content, making them a satisfying meal. In particular, Crispy Plant Bites use Samyang Foods' plant-based textured protein technology called denatured high-protein as a raw material, achieving optimal texture, nutrition, and taste.

Additionally, the plant-based protein drink 'Protein Drop' is newly introduced. Protein Drop uses hydrolyzed pea protein to enhance protein absorption in the body and adds essential amino acids along with vitamin B6 and B12 at the recommended daily intake levels.
