Lotte Mart Exhibits 1,000 Artworks at Songpa Branch... "Customer Attraction Effect"

Largest Scale 'All Art Fair Held' at Major Mart

Lotte Mart announced on the 28th that it will hold the 'All Art Fair' at its Songpa branch from the 1st to the 20th of next month to showcase differentiated tenant facilities to customers.

The All Art Fair is an exhibition event collaboratively organized by Misullo Co., Ltd. and Lotte Mart to allow all customers visiting the large mart to comfortably view high-quality artworks without formality. It will be presented in two parts. Part 1 runs from November 1 to 9, and Part 2 from November 12 to 20. The event will take place at the large permanent art store spanning 700 pyeong on the 2nd floor of the Songpa branch, which was introduced last August.

The All Art Fair is the largest exhibition ever held by a large mart, featuring 100 artists displaying over 1,000 pieces of artwork. Lotte Mart expects the average daily visitors at the Songpa branch to increase by about 300 compared to before through this event.

Various side events have also been prepared. On the 1st, there will be a music performance and a 'Meeting with Participating Artists,' and on the 16th, a charity auction of artworks created by the artists will be held. On the 19th, a lucky draw event will be conducted for on-site visitors, with prizes including artworks worth approximately 1 million won, AI speakers, and goods.

During the meeting with artists, visitors will have the opportunity to experience firsthand introductions and explanations of the artworks by the artists themselves. At the charity auction, all participating customers can purchase artworks, and a portion of the proceeds generated during the auction will be donated to the Children's Foundation.

Jeon Yura, Product Planner of the Lotte Mart Super Health Tenant Team, said, "Introducing differentiated experiential content is becoming increasingly important to extend customer dwell time within large marts," adding, "We will strive to attract various anchor tenant facilities, including art exhibitions, so that customers visiting Lotte Mart can enjoy diverse and unique experiences and time."
