US Forbes Praises Samsung QLED and OLED TVs: "Contrast Ratio Close to Infinite"

UK and Canadian Media Also Praise... "Consistent Black Expression"

Samsung Electronics' 2024 Neo QLED TV and OLED TV are receiving consecutive praise from major overseas media outlets. The high contrast ratio and clear picture quality were highly evaluated as strengths of Samsung TVs.

According to Samsung Electronics on the 27th, the leading US economic magazine Forbes recently selected the Samsung OLED TV S95D as the 'Best TV' and the Neo QLED 8K TV QN900D as the 'Best 8K TV.'

Forbes praised the Samsung S95D, stating, "With an almost infinite contrast ratio, it renders HDR highlights more vividly, and the new artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm finely adjusts brightness, saturation, and contrast."

They also commended the easy access to various apps, including the Samsung Gaming Hub and 'Magic Screen Mode,' which are built into the TV through Samsung's Tizen operating system (OS).

Regarding Samsung's latest 8K product, the QN900D, Forbes said, "Using 8K resolution and AI upscaling, it allows viewing of lower-resolution content in ultra-high definition and provides an immersive cinema experience through high brightness."

The UK IT specialist media Trusted Reviews selected the QN900D as the 'Best 8K TV' and the S95D as the 'Best QD-OLED TV.'

Trusted Reviews commented on the Samsung S95D, "It was the brightest among all the OLED TVs tested," and evaluated it as "a TV with excellent sharpness and detail, expressing rich colors in both dark and bright areas."

Samsung OLED TVs were also selected as both the best TV and the best smart TV this fall by North American IT product review specialist Altings.

Altings praised the Samsung S90, saying, "A TV with various features and amazing picture quality," and noted, "It delivers clear picture quality even in a dark room with excellent contrast ratio and uniform black expression."

Additionally, it was evaluated as supporting high peak brightness, excellent color reproduction, and vivid colors, allowing users to enjoy lively HDR content.
