The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (hereinafter referred to as PSTPS) announced on the 25th that it held the '2024 Management Evaluation Kick-Off Workshop' on the 23rd.
This workshop was held over one night and two days in Yeosu, Jeollanam-do, to provide feedback on the 2023 management evaluation results and to check the current status and create performance for responding to the 2024 management evaluation. A total of 21 people attended, including PSTPS executives and those responsible for performance management by indicator.
The program consisted of ▲a special lecture on responding to the 2024 management evaluation ▲feedback on the 2023 management evaluation performance ▲discussion on performance creation plans for the 2024 management evaluation ▲and a meeting on the management evaluation response system.
The head of the PSTPS Evaluation Analysis Team stated that this workshop was a meaningful communication time to provide feedback on the appropriateness of the corporation's management performance and the recommendations of the management evaluation team, and to discuss the future direction of management evaluation response to improve management evaluation performance.
Additionally, by inviting management evaluation experts, the workshop not only enhanced the understanding of the management evaluation among the performance management officers for each indicator but also focused on discussing performance management plans for each indicator.
Chairman Song Hajung said, "Do not be complacent with the A grade received in the 2023 management evaluation of other public institutions, and strive to respond to this evaluation through performance that customers and the public can genuinely feel." He added, "We will continue to do our best to create differentiated management performance unique to PSTPS for stable pension fund management and the welfare improvement of teaching staff."
The management evaluation of other public institutions is a system that fairly and objectively evaluates the management efforts and performance of other public institutions every year to establish an autonomous and responsible management system. It evaluates two categories: ▲management strategy and management ▲major project management and performance, as well as an additional scoring item ▲performance of efforts to implement public institution innovation plans.
