Kyobo Securities announced on the 25th that it conducted the ‘Signal’ program to communicate with the MZ generation as part of establishing an innovative organizational culture.
‘Signal’ is an organizational revitalization program designed to broaden communication across generations and discover organizational culture ideas reflecting the trends of the MZ generation.
The event was held six times from mid-month at the Kyobo Securities headquarters Vision Hall in Yeouido, with participation from the CEO, executives, and about 250 employees born after the 1990s.
This program formed groups based on workplace, job, and rank to listen to diverse voices from the field, creating an environment where colleagues could understand and empathize with each other’s work and difficulties.
The Signal program was composed of four main themes: ▲ teamwork games ▲ organizational culture diagnosis through surveys ▲ sharing ideas for a ‘Great Workplace (GWP)’ ▲ and the roles of leaders and followers in creating a healthy organizational culture, providing a time for free conversation and horizontal communication.
In particular, the program gained great response from participating employees by adding interest through a professional instructor’s facilitation and sharing vivid opinions and ideas from the MZ generation in real-time via an open chat room.
Going forward, suggestions and organizational culture ideas proposed through the Signal program will be actively collected and reflected.
