POSCO E&C 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 3' First Priority Subscription on the 5th of Next Month

POSCO E&C announced on the 25th that it will officially begin sales of 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 3,' being built in the Asan Tangjeong District, Chungnam.

The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 3 will be constructed on Block 2 of the Asan Tangjeong District urban development zone, consisting of 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,163 households. Among these, 975 units will be available for general sale.


This is a subsequent sales complex adjacent to 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City (Block 4)' and 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2 (Block 3),' which previously recorded average subscription competition rates of 52.5:1 and 30.4:1 respectively in the first priority round and successfully sold out in a short period. Together with the Phase 1 and 2 complexes, it will form a large-scale brand town with a total of 3,517 households.


The Asan Tangjeong District urban development zone, where the complex is located, covers approximately 536,900 square meters in the Galsan and Maegok-ri areas, and will develop a residential area of about 4,300 households, including three The Sharp brand complexes. Urban infrastructure facilities such as schools, green spaces, and public offices for residents will also be constructed. POSCO E&C expects strong demand as The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 3 is the last The Sharp sales complex within the urban development zone.


Transportation is convenient with access to Tangjeong Station on Subway Line 1 and nearby Cheonan-Asan Station for high-speed rail (KTX and SRT). It is also close to Isunsin-daero and the Dangjin-Cheongju Expressway (Asan-Cheonan section opened in September 2023). Additionally, Asan City was included in the extension plan for the GTX (Great Train Express) Line C, announced in January this year.


Educational facilities include the Tangjeong 8 Elementary School (tentatively named), scheduled to open in March 2027, and the conditionally approved Tangjeong 4 Middle School (tentative name), both located within the urban development zone. The area around Tangjeong Station also offers easy access to various academies. Furthermore, residents can conveniently use multiple amenities such as Moda Outlet, CGV, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart Traders. Nearby natural and recreational areas include Gokgyocheon Stream, a planned neighborhood park within the urban development zone, Yonggok Park, and Jisan Park.


The complex has a building coverage ratio of 13.29%, allowing for wide spacing between buildings and various landscaped spaces. The interior design features a 4-bay slab-type cross-ventilation structure in all units to maximize natural light and ventilation. Parking spaces are ample, with a ratio of 1.30 spaces per household, and electric vehicle charging outlets with metered plugs will be additionally installed on parking lot pillars. A '3-layer security system' protecting from the complex entrance to the parking lot and unit entrance will also be applied.


The subscription schedule begins with special supply on the 4th of next month, followed by first priority subscriptions on the 5th and second priority on the 6th. Winners will be announced on the 12th of the same month, and the official contract period is from the 25th to the 27th.


Eligibility for first priority subscription requires a subscription savings account membership of at least 6 months and residency in Asan City (current year) or Chungnam, Sejong City, or Daejeon (other areas), with applicants aged 19 or older. There are no restrictions based on income level, homeownership, household head or member status, or previous winning status. The resale restriction regulation does not apply.
