Namyangju City Conducts 'Super Leader's Coaching Leadership' Training for Grade 6 Public Officials Namyangju City is conducting a two-day "Coaching Leadership Training for Super Leaders" for grade 6 public officials from the 24th to the 25th, aimed at fostering citizen-centered local officials.

Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) will conduct a two-day "Super Leader Coaching Leadership Training" for Grade 6 public officials from the 24th to the 25th, aimed at fostering citizen-centered public servants.


This training is designed to internalize the philosophy of "Silsa-gusi" based on the practical learning of Dasan Jeong Yak-yong, promoting citizen-centered work execution and efficient administrative services.


On the first day, education will focus on "Building an Excellent Team Culture" and the "Importance of Team Leader Leadership," helping employees complement each other's strengths and create synergy. On the second day, participants will learn "Fair Feedback Skills" through various cases, strengthening practical leadership capabilities.


In particular, the training will cover specific coaching skills on how team leaders can support and motivate employees who face difficulties in handling civil complaints.


A Grade 6 team leader who participated in the training said, "I was at a loss about how to help employees when they were struggling, but through the various cases learned in this training, I found appropriate feedback methods very useful."


Kang Hye-sook, Head of the Personnel Department of Namyangju City, stated, "Team leader leadership not only determines the efficiency of the team's work but is also closely related to the quality of administrative services experienced by citizens. We expect that this training will strengthen field-centered work processing and enable us to provide better administrative services."


Meanwhile, the city plans to operate "Super Leader Self-Leadership Training," reflecting the philosophy of Gyeongsechiyong, which empathizes with citizens' difficulties and solves problems through appropriate systems, for Grade 7 to 9 public officials from the 28th to the 29th.
