At Home announced that its skincare brand Tom Program is completely sold out, including all refills.


Tom Program is a homecare program designed to deliver the high-end skincare effects that professionals provide in just 15 minutes once a week. According to insiders, since its debut in January this year, third-quarter sales increased by 241% compared to second-quarter sales.


This surge was partly due to the recent word-of-mouth online popularity of Tom Program as a homecare choice among actresses, leading to sold-out stock on Tom's official online store and a scarcity phenomenon. The popularity of Tom Program extended to home shopping this month.


On October 20, Tom Program showed extraordinary sales power by selling out 4,200 sets immediately after its first launch broadcast on CJ OnStyle home shopping. Earlier, on the 7th, Tom Program attracted 1 million viewers at once during a mobile live show, creating a buzz.


An industry insider stated, “As demand for Tom Program surges, we are rapidly securing inventory,” adding, “Regarding Tom Program refills, repurchase demand is increasing faster than expected, and due to raw material issues, a small quantity is expected to arrive by the end of December.”
