Current Employee Mentoring, Major Job Introduction, Career Experience Activities
Dong-A University (President Lee Hae-woo) will hold the "Career and Job Fair with University and Local Community" on the 29th and 31st of this month.
Hosted by Dong-A University and Busan Saha-gu, and supported by the Career Education Support Centers of Busan Saha-gu, Jung-gu, Yeongdo-gu, Sasang-gu, Nam-gu, and Busanjin-gu, this event is organized to prepare for the rapidly changing job market in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and to provide various career and job experience opportunities.
The fair will be held for Dong-A University students, local residents, and high school students from noon to 5 p.m. on the 29th at the indoor gymnasium of the College of Arts and Physical Education on Dong-A University Seunghak Campus, and from noon to 5 p.m. on the 31st on the first floor of the International Hall at Bumin Campus.
On the day of the fair, the event will be organized into the following zones: ▲ Future Job Special Lecture Zone ▲ Career Counseling Zone (current professional mentoring, career aptitude tests, and career counseling) ▲ Major Exploration Zone (major mentoring, career experience, and club experience) ▲ Career Experience Zone (career board games, career tarot, etc.) ▲ Future Job Experience Zone (VR, drone experience, etc.).
Career mentoring by alumni currently working at organizations such as Busan Port Authority, Korea Asset Management Corporation, Korea Housing Finance Corporation, Korea Aerospace Industries, and Renault Korea Motors will be available.
Additionally, various departments including Industrial Design, Media Communication, Chemical Engineering, Tourism Management, Computer Engineering, and Management Information Systems, as well as clubs such as ‘E-nord (Drone)’, ‘Big Data (Coding)’, and ‘Lilac (Perfumery)’ will participate to provide career experience activities and introduce job roles related to their majors.
