Yuhan Corporation Conducts Blood Donation Campaign for Cancer Patients

Yuhan Corporation recently announced on the 22nd that it conducted the 'Life-Sharing Blood Donation Campaign for Cancer Patients.' Yuhan Corporation has been carrying out social contribution activities through blood donation since 2008.

This second half blood donation campaign was held at three business sites to address the blood supply shortage caused by the recent decline in blood donations. It was completed at the headquarters in Daebang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul (on the 21st) and the Ochang factory, while the Yongin research center will hold the campaign for one day on the 22nd.

About 140 Yuhan Corporation employees are expected to participate in the blood donation campaign, which also includes a blood donation certificate donation campaign for cancer patients. The blood donation certificates donated by employees will be delivered to cancer patients in need of them.

Yuhan Corporation has been continuously conducting blood donations since 2008, with a total of approximately 2,300 employees participating so far. A Yuhan Corporation official stated, “This campaign will continue next year,” adding, “We will continue to carry out blood donation campaigns directly related to public health in the future.”
