Systematic and Unified Civil Complaint Response Related to Apartment Complexes
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held a 'Capacity Building and Meeting for Apartment Management Officers' for apartment management officers from five district offices.
The meeting held on the 21st was organized to actively and systematically manage various complaints related to apartments, improve unified complaint response and management capabilities, and share complaints and related information with apartment management officers.
The main topics included ▲Key amendments to the Gyeongsangnam-do Apartment Management Regulations (effective October 10, 2024) ▲Recent major interpretations by the Ministry of Government Legislation (such as whether replacing fixed electric vehicle chargers requires an activity permit) ▲District office cooperation on audit-related matters ▲Establishment of an emergency contact system for apartment stakeholders in preparation for abnormal weather ▲Utilization and promotion of registration for the Gyeongsangnam-do Apartment Management Integrated Platform (GN-home).
Park Hyun-ho, Director of the Urban Policy Bureau, stated, “We will do our best to establish a transparent and efficient apartment management culture through quarterly meetings to strengthen the work capabilities of district office apartment management officers.”
