Namyangju-si Hopyeong-dong Citizen Market Development Advisory Committee Inaugural General Meeting Held

Joo Gwang-deok, Mayor of Namyangju City, is giving a greeting speech at the inaugural general meeting of the 'Hopyeong-dong Citizen Market Development Advisory Committee' held on the 3rd floor multipurpose room of Hopyeong Pyeongnae Administrative Welfare Center on the 18th.

The Citizens' Market Development Advisory Committee of Hopyeong-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi Province (Chairman Jeong Myeong-guk) announced on the 21st that it held the inaugural general meeting of the 'Hopyeong-dong Citizens' Market Development Advisory Committee' on the 18th at the multipurpose room on the 3rd floor of the Hopyeong Pyeongnae Administrative Welfare Center.

The advisory committee was launched to promote the sustainable development of Hopyeong-dong and improve the quality of life for residents, aiming to solve various issues in the local community and explore development directions based on communication with citizens.

At the inaugural general meeting, 50 advisory committee members, including heads of social organizations and residents of Hopyeong-dong, attended and shared ▲ the election of executives such as the chairman ▲ the composition and operational direction of the advisory committee ▲ current issues in Hopyeong-dong and the administrative policy directions of the 8th municipal government.

Mayor Joo Gwang-deok of Namyangju-si, who attended the inaugural meeting, said, "The future is bright just because citizens from various fields who love Hopyeong-dong and wish for the development of Namyangju-si have gathered in one place," and added, "I am confident that the frank communication of the advisory committee will develop Hopyeong-dong and accelerate 'Super Growth Namyangju.'"

Meanwhile, the advisory committee plans to hold regular meetings in the future to collect diverse opinions from residents and propose policies to ensure that citizens' opinions are reflected in municipal administration.
