Korean Startup 'VeselAI' Selected for Austria-Led European Expansion Program

The program is structured as an accelerator to help innovative deep-tech startups based in Asia and Israel enter the European market. Since 2015, it has selected innovative companies annually, and VeselAI was chosen for its already commercialized products and recognized capability to operate services suitable for overseas markets.

The program is managed by Austria's economic support agencies aws (Austria Wirtschaftsservice) and FFG. aws collaborates with international financial institutions such as the European Investment Bank (EIB), European Investment Fund (EIF), International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the World Bank (WB), and is regarded as an international financial institution. Supporting over 31,000 innovative companies, aws is expected to greatly assist VeselAI's entry into the European market.

VeselAI received high evaluations for its MLOps and LLMOps platforms that reduce AI training time and costs through integrated cloud environment management and optimization of GPU and computing resources. It demonstrated operational efficiency and scalability of AI models during the construction of 'AI agents,' a process that requires several times more computing resources and operational costs.

Through this selection, VeselAI has gained an opportunity to pioneer new paths in the Austrian and European markets. Austria is regarded as a foothold for entering the European market due to its excellent opportunities for collaboration with innovative companies across various industries and support for research and development (R&D).

Starting this month, VeselAI plans to enhance its understanding of the European business ecosystem through digital onboarding workshops. It aims to explore various business opportunities through local mentoring, one-on-one meetings, and networking with investors and corporate stakeholders. Additionally, it will participate in matching events with local companies to explore possibilities for business cooperation.

Jae-man Ahn, CEO of VeselAI, stated, "We will do our best to strengthen our competitiveness in the global market and achieve sustainable growth," adding, "Through this opportunity, we will showcase innovative LLMOps solutions across Austria and throughout Europe."
