Duzon Bizon signed a partnership business agreement (MOU) with IT specialist company OK Data System on the 21st at Duzon Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul, and will embark on external business activities to expand OmniEsol’s group affiliates and the entire industrial sector.

OK Data System is an IT specialized affiliate of OK Financial Group, accumulating extensive business experience in the financial services sector. OK Financial Group operates in the financial industry, led by savings banks and capital companies. It is a financial services group expanding its global reach by transferring financial know-how to Southeast Asia, including Indonesia and Cambodia.

With this partnership, OK Data System plans to explore ways to utilize OmniEsol to accelerate the group’s digital transformation, while exchanging ideas with Duzon Bizon to jointly build customized financial modules based on OmniEsol, seeking various cooperation methods.

They also aim to expand external business to discover cooperation opportunities across all industries. Through OmniEsol, they will establish an AX ecosystem connecting all industries and build customized management and work systems optimized for each industry.
