Shilla University (President Heo Nam-sik) University Job Plus Center held a ‘ONE DAY Employment Camp’ in preparation for the second half of 2024 recruitment.
Shilla University University Job Plus Center designated October 10th to 11th as an intensive employment support period and conducted the ‘ONE DAY Employment Camp’ in collaboration with Busan Northern Employment Welfare Plus Center and Busan Economic Promotion Agency Youth Dream Center.
This event was organized to strengthen employment capabilities by providing a total employment success solution for graduates (expected) and local youth in preparation for the second half of 2024 recruitment.
On the first day of the event, October 10th, participants started with an on-site experience at Samwoo Immersion, a promising small and medium enterprise in Busan. On the 11th, personalized employment support programs such as ▲interview strategies ▲personal color and makeup consulting ▲practical mock interviews were conducted.
HR practitioners from active companies were invited as mock interviewers to provide one-on-one customized feedback, necessary preparation tips, and realistic advice, giving job seekers an opportunity to boost their confidence.
Jang Hee-jung, director of Shilla University University Job Plus Center, said, “We will continue to actively support job seekers facing difficulties by collaborating and cooperating with related local organizations to help them achieve successful careers and employment.”
