Trainees gain professional experience through on-site training at senior residential complexes in Vietnam, and the trained personnel, numbering about 3,000 annually, are dispatched to countries such as Japan and Germany.

Kim Tae-sung, CEO of Caring, said, “Through this agreement, we aim to focus on training foreign nursing care workers specialized for Korea,” adding, “We plan to strengthen support so that overseas care workers can overcome language and cultural barriers and adapt well to Korean society from employment to settlement by cooperating with various related organizations.”
