Moderate to severe multiple disabilities refer to cases where the degree of disability is very severe and two or more disabilities overlap.

The Office of Education also newly established three general special classes in Seo-gu and one class in Bupyeong-gu, operating a total of six new special classes. As a result, the total number of special classes in kindergartens in the region has increased to 121.

Do Seong-hoon, Superintendent of Education in Incheon, said, "We will strive to ensure that young children with special educational needs can learn in the best educational environment suited to their diverse characteristics and requirements."
