A police officer at a frontline police station in Seoul suspected of making sexually harassing remarks has been placed on administrative leave.
According to the police, on the 16th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency placed executive A, affiliated with a frontline police station in Seoul, on administrative leave due to sexual misconduct.
It was investigated that Mr. A made remarks such as "The shorter the skirt, the better" to a newly appointed female employee and said "Sing a song" after a meeting in the office.
Executive A is said to have been engaged in police intelligence work for over 25 years and was evaluated as having significant competence and contributions.
