Now in its 24th year, the Korea IR Awards is an event jointly hosted by the Korea IR Council and the Korea Exchange to recognize companies that have practiced shareholder-oriented management through active and efficient IR activities and have strived to increase the mutual benefits of companies, shareholders, and investors. From the candidate companies selected by the Korea IR Council, 10 outstanding companies each from the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets are chosen through a step-by-step evaluation by an evaluation committee composed of institutional investor panels and experts from various fields.

Emro, which was listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2021, has been named an excellent IR company for three consecutive years from 2022, the year following its listing, through this year. Centered on a dedicated IR organization, Emro conducts more than 150 online and offline IR activities annually (including company visits, investor briefings, video meetings, and conference calls), actively communicating with the market. It also transparently provides information related to the company to shareholders and investors through various channels and content such as newsletters, media articles, and official social networking services (SNS).

As a result of building trust with investors through consistent IR activities and striving to enhance shareholder value, Emro's market capitalization (based on the closing price on the 16th) has increased approximately eightfold compared to the initial listing. Emro was also selected for two consecutive years, including last year, as a 'KOSDAQ Rising Star,' a designation by the Korea Exchange for KOSDAQ-listed companies with excellent technology and competitiveness.

An Emro official stated, "We are not complacent with our leading position in the domestic market and are accelerating the expansion of overseas business to leap forward as a global representative software company." He added, "All employees will do their best to meet the expectations of shareholders and investors."
