Samil PwC announced on the 17th that it has established a new Financial Real Estate Group by integrating the finance and real estate sectors, and launched the Real Estate CF (Corporate Finance) Center, a core specialized organization focused on real estate sales and purchases as well as real estate finance.
This reorganization aims to pursue specialization and efficiency by concentrating on the real estate sector, and to seek synergy between the finance and real estate sectors through collaboration with centers such as the PF (Project Financing) Normalization Center.
Previously, Samil PwC carried out an organizational restructuring by placing real estate specialist partners within the deal division under the Financial Real Estate Group. Through this reorganization, both the specialized organization and partners have been consolidated into the Financial Real Estate Group.
The Financial Real Estate Group is led by Han Jeongseop, Vice President (Group Leader) and expert in the finance sector, and Lee Sangmin, Division Head and domestic and international alternative investment expert in real estate infrastructure. Lee has been engaged in real estate development and sales, infrastructure project restructuring and financial advisory, as well as business feasibility and M&A advisory in the power and energy sectors, and plans to focus exclusively on the real estate field going forward.
