Boryeong City Hosts 'Mission of Boryeong' Event

If you travel in Boryeong, Chungnam and post verification photos at major tourist attractions, you can receive a refund of up to 70,000 won.

The Boryeong city government announced on the 17th that it is running the "Mission of Boryeong" program to attract tourists.

This program provides up to 70,000 won in mobile gift certificates to small groups of 2 to 5 tourists who travel in Boryeong and complete SNS verification and other requirements.

Applicants must visit tourist attractions and complete SNS verification by November 30. Depending on the amount spent locally, they can receive mobile gift certificates worth 20,000 won, 30,000 won, 50,000 won, or 70,000 won. The support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, you must submit a travel plan application to the city's tourism department at least three days before your trip.

After the trip, you must promote the tourist attractions on SNS and submit an individual tourist incentive application to the tourism department by registered mail or in person.

A city official said, "Various festivals are held in the fall, and we hope that through 'Mission of Boryeong,' tourists will be able to fully enjoy Boryeong's autumn festivals and tourist attractions."
