Operation Utilizing SNS Characteristics Such as Rapid Information Provision... 6.8% Increase Compared to Previous Year
Based on Satisfaction Survey Results, Promising Substantial Operation with Genuine Communication with Citizens
Gyeonggi Namyangju City (Mayor Joo Gwang-deok) announced on the 16th that it received positive evaluations from 93.1% of users in the 2024 official SNS operation satisfaction survey.
The survey was conducted over 11 days from September 26 to October 6, targeting users of Namyangju City's three official SNS channels (Blog, Facebook, Instagram), and investigated various items such as ▲channel preference ▲visit frequency ▲channel satisfaction ▲content preference.
A total of 2,872 people participated in this survey, with an overall channel satisfaction rate of 93.1%, of which 49.9% of respondents answered "very satisfied." This is an increase of more than 12% compared to the previous year.
The reasons for channel satisfaction included content diversity (48.3%), prompt and accurate information provision (20.3%), and ease of use (16.9%). Content preferences were ranked as tourist attraction guides (45.5%), education and culture (28.6%), and city administration news (10.1%).
Park Sun-young, Public Relations Officer, said, "The high satisfaction seems to be the result of reflecting citizens' opinions received through last year's SNS satisfaction survey in SNS operations," adding, "We will continue to plan and provide content that embodies Namyangju's unique personality to maintain solid operations."
Meanwhile, the city plans to actively reflect the results of this SNS satisfaction survey to provide planned content that highlights Namyangju City's unique charm and continue sincere communication with its citizens.
