The Korean Village Cultural Center is a 330㎡ (approximately 100 pyeong) facility established last year by Hope Bridge, which invested 310,000 USD (about 400 million KRW) to help children and adolescents affected by the earthquake overcome trauma and provide emotional support. Through this project, Hope Bridge plans to operate various programs such as Korean language classes and computer education for about 540 displaced households residing in the Korean Village and nearby displaced residents. Applications for the project are open until the 25th, and detailed information can be found on the Hope Bridge website.
Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, said, "We hope this project will contribute to the daily recovery of the T?rkiye disaster victims who suffered great damage from the major earthquake," adding, "We will continue to provide unwavering support for our brotherly nation." Since the initial occurrence of the T?rkiye earthquake, Hope Bridge has provided about 1.88 million USD (2.5 billion KRW) in support, including 200 temporary housing units, emergency relief supplies, and the establishment of the cultural center.
