At this event, Medytox provided various lectures to enhance students' understanding of the bio and pharmaceutical industries and new drug development, and created opportunities for direct communication with researchers. Senior Researcher Song Yun-seok addressed questions about the roles and essential competencies of researchers through a lecture titled "What Does a Pharmaceutical Company Researcher Do?" Senior Researcher Park Mi-seon covered the new drug development process, including non-clinical research, and delved deeply into botulinum toxin formulations and toxicology. Additionally, five researchers conducted one-to-many mentoring sessions to help students explore career paths by sharing field experiences and offering career advice.

Student Ha Ji-yoon (15), who participated in the event, said, "I applied because I was interested in research positions while thinking a lot about my career path. It was especially interesting because the detailed new drug development process was explained in an easy-to-understand way, which helped me in choosing my future career."

A Medytox official stated, "We hope this program served as an important foundation for young people who will lead K-Bio to design their futures. We will continue to take the lead in creating various social values such as talent development and community advancement by leveraging Medytox's unparalleled research and development (R&D) capabilities in the bio field."
