The event is hosted by the city, organized by the Busan Senior Job Support Center, and sponsored by Busan Bank.

This fair is held with the slogan ‘Busan is good for 50+’ to promote a positive atmosphere for social participation of the 50-plus generation and to create private sector jobs differentiated from existing government-supported jobs.

The event features various program booths including ▲recruitment counseling and company job recruitment ▲corporate taxi driver recruitment booth ▲‘50+ Life Redesign University’ experience programs ▲ID photo shooting booth ▲makeup service booth ▲and promotion by related organizations.

Regarding recruitment, 40 companies will operate employment counseling and recruitment booths in fields such as ▲driving and transportation ▲sales and service ▲security, environment, and cleaning ▲machine, production, and construction-related jobs.

In particular, this year a separate ‘Corporate Taxi Driver Recruitment Booth’ is set up where participants can experience virtual driving and receive one-on-one customized recruitment by taxi companies.

Also, at the experience program booths, visitors can try various programs from 10 ‘50+ Life Redesign University’ locations, including ChatGPT, drone piloting, health management (wellness care), digital design, healthcare, preventive exercise, brunch and brewing techniques.

Through the employment information bulletin board, various job opportunities including recruitment information are introduced, and booths offering retirement preparation counseling, health, and leisure support programs provide diverse experiences and attractions. Services necessary for employment such as ID photo shooting, makeup, and resume writing desks are also available.

Additionally, this year there will be various exhibitions and performances such as the ▲‘50+ Life Redesign University’ senior model fashion show ▲Busan Human Book Talk Concert ▲and performances by middle-aged art clubs.

The ‘Senior Model Fashion Show’ will feature about 50 students from the ‘Busan 50+ Life Redesign University’ operated by Busan Institute of Science and Technology. Also, the ‘Human Book Library Talk Concert,’ where people become books to pass on their experiences and expertise to younger generations, and a Korean traditional music performance by the middle-aged voluntary art club ‘Naraesori’ will be held.

The ‘Busan 50+ Job Fair’ is open to anyone interested in jobs for those aged 50 and over as well as the general public.
