Revamp of Social Contribution Program 'AhnLabSaem'
AhnLab has fully revamped its digital education social contribution program 'AhnLab SEM (Software Education Manager)', jointly operated with the social venture Momilancer, into a 'Digital Educator Training Program' and launched the new course on the 15th.
The newly launched 19th AhnLab SEM course offers a total of 9 free classes to 180 students including women, youth, and seniors: one course for Learning Experience (LX) content developers and eight courses for EdTech specialist instructors (English, Mathematics, Technology and Home Economics, Information, Social History, Art, Creative Experiential Activities - Creative Convergence, and Creative Experiential Activities - Essay and Debate).
The 19th training curriculum is characterized by a complete overhaul from the previous coding instructor training to focus on nurturing 'digital educators across all subjects' in preparation for the increasing demand for 'digital education experts' ahead of the introduction of AI digital textbooks next year.
In particular, it is designed as a practical program that enables participants to directly design Problem Based Learning (PBL) classes using various digital learning tools, emphasizing strengthening teaching skills that can be applied in actual digital education settings.
Graduates will receive the AhnLab Blockchain Company’s Non-Fungible Token (NFT) digital badge certification, job matching, maintenance training, opportunities to obtain PBL certification, and other support to enhance their capabilities and facilitate social advancement through the 'AhnLab SEM Fellowship'.
Inchibeom, Executive Director of AhnLab Communications Office, stated, "We will actively support the 19th AhnLab SEM trainees to grow into digital educators with expertise in digital education and to engage in vigorous economic activities."
