According to GS Engineering & Construction on the 15th, CEO Heo conducted a one-night, two-day workshop at the training center in Yongin on the 7th and 8th. This was the second workshop held following last year, attended by nearly 100 executives.
This year's theme was "Forging a better tomorrow." Forging refers to the metalworking process of shaping metals like iron by applying pressure at high temperatures to achieve the desired form.
During the workshop, response strategies by business division to climate change were discussed. Climate change is an area of interest for CEO Heo, and discussions were held on how the company will respond to future climate changes. Order-winning strategies by headquarters were also presented. Professor Yoo Hyunjoon from Hongik University was invited to give a lecture on the topic of "AI and Construction."
